It all happens over email, so you can reply whenever suits you.

Mock-up

We design your homepage using your current details and photos, and email it to you.

Deposit

If you want to go ahead, you pay half and send anything you'd like added or changed.

Preview

You get a private link to the full site and two rounds of changes.

Launch

We point your domain at the new site. Then you pay the other half.

If you don't like the mock-up, you don't owe us anything.

There's nothing to sign until you decide to go ahead.

Do I need to already have a website or domain?

No. If you have a domain, we keep it. If not, we walk you through buying one in your name so you always own it.

Will my email address change?

No. We only change where your website points. Your existing email keeps working exactly as before.

How long does it take?

About a week from the deposit, depending on how quickly we get your details and feedback.

What if I don't like the mock-up?

Then you don't pay anything. Keep the picture if you like.

Can I update the site myself later?

Yes. Or we can do it for you. The care plan covers small edits every month.

Do I have to sign up for the care plan?

No. It's optional. Without it, we hand over everything you need to host the site yourself.
