Questions
Do I need to already have a website or domain?
No. If you have a domain, we keep it. If not, we walk you through buying one in your name (usually about $15–25 a year), so you always own it.
Will my email address change?
No. We only change where your website points. Your existing email keeps working.
How long does it take?
About a week from the deposit, depending on how quickly we get your details and feedback.
What if I don't like the mock-up?
Then you don't pay anything. Keep the picture if you like.
Do I have to sign up for the care plan?
No. It's optional. Without it, we hand over everything you need to host the site yourself.
